At Jero Tumbuk, we offer an array of immersive cultural, wellness, and adventure activities that allow you to experience the heart of Bali. From traditional cooking classes to peaceful yoga sessions, each activity is designed to connect you with Bali’s rich heritage and natural beauty. Whether you're seeking relaxation, learning, or adventure, our diverse offerings provide something for everyone.

1. General Terms

• 1.1 By participating in any activity provided by Jero Tumbuk, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.
• 1.2 Jero Tumbuk reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes updated on the website.

2. Activity Booking & Reservations

• 2.1 Reservations: Activities must be reserved in advance, either through our website or via direct contact with Jero Tumbuk.
• 2.2 Availability: Activities are subject to availability and may be affected by weather, local conditions, or other factors.
• 2.3 Confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS once your reservation is complete.

3. Payment

• 3.1 Payment Method: Payment for activities is due at the time of booking.
• 3.2 Accepted Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and cash (in IDR or USD).
• 3.3 Currency: All payments will be processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payment in foreign currencies will be converted to IDR at the current exchange rate.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Guest Cancellations:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will not be refunded.

4.2 Cancellations by Jero Tumbuk:

• In the event that Jero Tumbuk must cancel an activity due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, sudden scheduling conflicts), we will notify you as soon as possible.
• If the activity cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be issued. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule the activity to another available date.

5. Participation & Guest Behavior

• 5.1 By participating in Jero Tumbuk’s activities, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved, including physical exertion and potential exposure to natural elements.
• 5.2 Participants are required to follow all safety instructions provided by Jero Tumbuk staff or guides during the activity.
• 5.3 Disruptive or dangerous behavior that endangers the safety of others may result in removal from the activity, without refund.

6. Health & Safety

• 6.1 Physical Fitness: Certain activities may require a certain level of physical fitness. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure they are physically capable of participating.
• 6.2 Medical Conditions: Guests must inform Jero Tumbuk of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations prior to participating in any activity.
• 6.3 Age Restrictions: Some activities may have specific age restrictions for safety purposes. Please check with Jero Tumbuk for any restrictions before booking.

7. Liability

• 7.1 Jero Tumbuk is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to property during the participation in activities.
• 7.2 Participants engage in all activities at their own risk. We recommend that participants have travel or medical insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents.

8. Force Majeure

• 8.1 Jero Tumbuk is not liable for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or other emergencies.

9. Privacy

• 9.1 Jero Tumbuk respects the privacy of its guests and will only use personal information for activity bookings and communications.
• 9.2 Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Governing Law

• 10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia, and any disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of Bali, Indonesia.
